Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

By registering for a user account on the Corner Stripe platform, you (“User,” “Player,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. These terms govern your access to and use of all services, tools, features, reports, video, data, analytics, and content made available through the Corner Stripe platform.

You must review and accept these terms before account creation is completed. If you do not agree, you may not register for or use the platform.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• all registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date, and you will promptly notify Corner Stripe of any change;
• you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement;
• you are accessing the platform in your own name and for your own player development purposes, and not on behalf of any scout, agent, team front office, organization, or other third party not expressly disclosed at registration; and
• you are affiliated with a team or league that is an authorized partner of Corner Stripe and whose player data you are entitled to access through the platform.

Corner Stripe integrates with proprietary and restricted data sources, including but not limited to Trackman Baseball and Synergy Sports.

By using Corner Stripe, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All data derived from third-party providers remains the intellectual property of its respective owners.
• You are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, downloading, exporting, copying, or reproducing any third-party data accessed through Corner Stripe outside of the platform without prior written permission from the applicable intellectual property owner. Prohibited acts include, without limitation, screenshots, screen recordings, video clips, PDF exports, CSV downloads, forwarded links, social media posts, and any reconstruction or reproduction of platform content outside the Corner Stripe interface.
• In addition to third-party provider restrictions, many leagues, teams, and organizations impose their own confidentiality and data-use rules. This includes leagues or organizations for which you play, coach, work, or are otherwise affiliated.
• You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable data-sharing restrictions imposed by third-party data providers and by your league, team, or employer.

Trackman Baseball Data. Access to data derived from Trackman Baseball is subject to the following additional restrictions:

• Trackman data is available only to players, coaches, and personnel affiliated with a team or league that is both a licensed Trackman customer and an authorized Corner Stripe partner (a “Mutual Licensee”). If your organizational affiliation changes such that you are no longer affiliated with a Mutual Licensee, you must notify Corner Stripe immediately and your access to Trackman-derived data will be suspended.
• Trackman data may not be used for any purpose other than your personal player development and performance analysis. It may not be shared with, or used for the benefit of, any team, organization, agent, or other third party.
• Each Mutual Licensee’s Trackman data is maintained separately. You are authorized to access only data associated with your own account and organizational affiliation. Any access to data associated with another user or organization, even if technically possible, is unauthorized and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

Synergy Sports Video Content. Access to video content sourced from Synergy Sports is subject to the following additional restrictions:

• Synergy video content may be viewed only within the Corner Stripe platform interface. You may not download, clip, screen-record, embed, re-host, forward, or otherwise reproduce or redistribute Synergy video content in any form, inside or outside the platform.
• Corner Stripe’s right to make Synergy video available to you is subject to upstream licensing agreements between Corner Stripe and Sportradar/Synergy Sports Technology LLC. Corner Stripe does not warrant the continuous availability of any specific Synergy video content, and access to such content may be modified, restricted, or discontinued without notice.
• You may not use Synergy video content for commercial purposes, benchmarking, analytics, or training of artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Restricted data includes, but is not limited to, pitch tracking metrics, batted ball data, spin rate, exit velocity, heatmaps, spray charts, player video, media assets, and any API-derived or system-generated outputs.

Any unauthorized use, disclosure, or distribution of such data constitutes a serious breach of this agreement.

Corner Stripe enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding unauthorized sharing or misuse of proprietary, licensed, or league-restricted data.

If a user is found to have violated, or is reasonably suspected of having violated, these Terms:

• The user’s Corner Stripe account may be suspended or permanently terminated by Corner Stripe in its sole discretion, without prior notice and without refund of any prepaid subscription fees, regardless of whether a violation has been confirmed or is only suspected. Reasonable suspicion of a violation is sufficient grounds for termination.
• Corner Stripe may revoke access to historical data, reports, rankings, team tools, or other platform features.
• Violations may be reported to the appropriate data owner, league, team, or governing authority, which may result in additional disciplinary or legal consequences under licensing agreements, league policies, or intellectual property law.
• Corner Stripe reserves the right to monitor account activity, including login patterns, session concurrency, data access volume, and API usage, for the purpose of detecting violations of these Terms or Corner Stripe’s upstream vendor agreements. By using the platform, you consent to such monitoring.
• In cases of automated access, scraping, bot activity, or any attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or authentication measures, Corner Stripe may pursue all available remedies at law and in equity without notice.

By registering for Corner Stripe, you agree that:

• You are personally responsible for how you access, use, and handle all data available through your account.
• If you share, leak, misuse, or otherwise distribute proprietary or restricted data, you, not Corner Stripe, are fully responsible and legally liable for any resulting consequences.
• Corner Stripe assumes no legal responsibility for damages, claims, penalties, losses, or enforcement actions arising from a user’s unauthorized conduct.
• This includes violations related to third-party data providers, leagues, teams, or employers.
• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Corner Stripe and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and data providers, including Trackman Baseball and Synergy Sports Technology LLC, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your misrepresentation of your identity or organizational affiliation; (d) your unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction of platform content; or (e) any violation of applicable law in connection with your use of the platform.

All data provided through the Corner Stripe platform is intended solely for internal player development, coaching, scouting, evaluation, and performance analysis. Use of platform data for commercial resale, benchmarking, competitive intelligence, advertising, marketing, or training of artificial intelligence or machine learning models is expressly prohibited.

You may:

• View, analyze, and compare your performance data using Corner Stripe’s official tools.
• Share insights internally with authorized coaches, staff, or teammates within the platform.

You may not:

• Scrape, extract, automate, clone, reverse-engineer, republish, or externally distribute platform data or functionality.
• Share your login credentials, password, account access, or session tokens with any third party for any reason. Each account is issued to a single, named individual and is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Post, publish, or otherwise disclose platform content, including screenshots, data outputs, reports, video clips, or analytics, on social media, public websites, indexed URLs, preview cards, QR landing pages, demo environments, or any other publicly accessible channel.
• Access or attempt to access data associated with any user or organization other than your own, including data that may be technically accessible due to a platform error, role misconfiguration, or permission failure.
• Use the platform or any data obtained through it for the benefit of any scout, agent, team front office, organization, or other third party not expressly authorized under these Terms.

Access to the Corner Stripe platform is:

• Limited. Your access is limited to the data, tools, and features associated with your account and your verified organizational affiliation. Corner Stripe does not warrant the availability of any specific data, feature, or third-party content.
• Revocable. Corner Stripe may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, in its sole discretion, including upon reasonable suspicion of a violation of these Terms. No termination gives rise to any right of refund except as required by applicable law.
• Non-transferable. Your account, login credentials, and access rights may not be transferred, assigned, sublicensed, or shared with any other individual or entity. Any such transfer or sharing is a material breach of these Terms and constitutes grounds for immediate termination without refund.
• Purpose-specific. Your access is authorized solely for your personal player development and performance analysis, as set forth in Section 5. Any use outside that purpose, including commercial use, competitive benchmarking, or use for the benefit of a third party, is unauthorized and a violation of these Terms and of Corner Stripe’s upstream vendor agreements.

Corner Stripe offers subscription-based access to premium features and data. By subscribing:

• Each subscription is issued to a single, named individual. Subscription access may not be shared, sublicensed, or used by more than one individual, regardless of whether simultaneous access occurs. Allowing another person to access the platform using your subscription credentials is a material breach of these Terms.
• Corner Stripe reserves the right to terminate any subscription account, with or without prior notice and without refund of any prepaid fees, upon reasonable suspicion that subscription access is being shared with or used by any person other than the named subscriber.
• If your subscription renews automatically, Corner Stripe will charge the applicable renewal fee to your payment method on file at the start of each renewal period. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current subscription period. Corner Stripe will provide notice of any material change to subscription pricing prior to renewal.
• All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated at the time of purchase.

THE CORNER STRIPE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CORNER STRIPE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Corner Stripe does not warrant that: (a) the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; (b) any data, analytics, or performance metrics available through the platform are accurate, complete, or current; or (c) any third-party content, including Trackman Baseball or Synergy Sports video and data, will be available at any particular time or will continue to be available throughout your subscription period.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CORNER STRIPE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU TO CORNER STRIPE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

IN NO EVENT WILL CORNER STRIPE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF CORNER STRIPE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact Corner Stripe at legal@cornerstripe.com to describe the dispute and attempt in good faith to resolve it informally. Corner Stripe will have thirty (30) days to respond. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days of your initial notice, either party may proceed to arbitration as described below.

Binding Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of the platform or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Class Action Waiver. YOU AND CORNER STRIPE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

Attorney’s Fees. In any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs from the non-prevailing party.

By clicking “I Agree” during registration, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
• Acknowledge and accept all restrictions related to third-party, league-governed, and proprietary data.
• Understand that violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account deletion, and/or reporting to external parties.
• Consent to Corner Stripe’s monitoring of your account activity for the purpose of detecting violations of these Terms or Corner Stripe’s upstream vendor agreements.
• Consent to the arbitration agreement and class action waiver set forth in Section 9 above.

Corner Stripe collects limited personal information and performance-related data in order to operate the platform, provide analytics and development tools, and improve user experience. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the rights that may be available to you.

Corner Stripe collects the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers: name, email address, username, IP address, and device identifiers provided at registration or collected automatically during use.
• Professional and performance data: player statistics, performance metrics, video, and analytics generated through or imported into the platform, including data sourced from Trackman Baseball and Synergy Sports.
• Account and usage data: login history, session activity, feature usage, and platform interactions.
• Payment information: subscription and billing information processed through our payment processor. Corner Stripe does not store full payment card numbers.
• Communications: messages, support requests, and correspondence you send to Corner Stripe.

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the platform; authenticate users and enforce these Terms; provide analytics and player development tools; process subscription payments; communicate with you about your account; comply with our obligations to third-party data providers including Trackman and Synergy Sports; and comply with applicable law.

Corner Stripe does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With teams, coaches, and league personnel authorized to access your data through the platform, as required for platform functionality and consistent with your organizational affiliation.
• With our third-party data providers, including Trackman Baseball and Synergy Sports Technology LLC / Sportradar, as required under our licensing agreements with those providers. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that certain personal and performance data may be shared with and processed by these providers in accordance with their own privacy policies.
• With service providers who assist us in operating the platform, including cloud hosting, analytics, and payment processing, subject to confidentiality obligations.
• As required by law, regulation, court order, or at the request of a governmental or regulatory authority.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of Corner Stripe’s assets, provided that the acquiring entity agrees to honor these Terms.

If you are a California resident, you may have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

• The right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell. Corner Stripe does not sell personal information.
• The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
• The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Corner Stripe does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• The right not to be discriminated against for exercising your CCPA rights.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@cornerstripe.com. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account cancellation, we will retain your data for a period not to exceed 24 months, after which it will be deleted or anonymized, unless retention is required by applicable law or our upstream vendor agreements.

Corner Stripe implements technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and monitoring for anomalous activity. However, no security system is impenetrable, and Corner Stripe cannot guarantee that your information will never be compromised.

Corner Stripe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
